Unfortunately I have not been able to contact or obtain a pin valve from the original supplier listed in the data pack. The female threads for the forward closures for the pin valve assembly are 13/16 x 14, but interestingly enough the threads for a typical paint ball pin valve are 1/2 x 14 but are wider than the inlet on the closure. The easiest modification is to get a 13/16 x 14 thread die and reprofile the threads. Care must be taken to ensure the die is straight when cutting the threads but it allows the pin valve assy to be installed in the fwd closure and seat properly.

The upper pin valve is standard, the lower has had the threads reprofiled.

Unmodified valve on top will start into the threads but the diameter of them prevents further insertion. Reprofiled on bottom allows the valve to be threaded into the fwd closure and the O-ring to engage the sealing surface inside.

Next to be corrected is the outlet port, it is 0.125 on the pin valves but must be opened up to 0.156 per the data pack. A 5/32 drill bit is 0.1565, making it an easy to enlarge the hole.
To be continued.
